Refund & Return Policies :

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within timeframe, e.g., 3 days].
  • Options: We will either resend the correct item or provide a refund, depending on your preference. At Arr Haven, we want to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please note the following policies regarding refunds and resends:
  • Delivery Confirmation: If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, we will not process any refunds or resends.
  • Non-Delivery Certification: If buyer claim they have not received their package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is required for any further assistance.
  • Tracking Information Alerts: If tracking information shows an alert, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
    • Incorrect or insufficient address
    • No such number
    • Unknown recipient
    • Package refused
    • Not picked up in time
    • No safe delivery location
    • Uncleared customs

Exceptions :

  • Specific Product Restrictions: Certain products may have specific return or refund restrictions. Please check the product description or contact us for details.

This policy aims to provide a clear and fair process for handling returns, refunds, and resends, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Return Without Reason :

  • If you return an order without a valid reason (e.g., not due to our error), we will charge:
    • The original shipping cost
    • The return shipping cost (to cover the expense of shipping the item back to us)
  • These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product Damaged :

1: Arr haven offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived  or badly damaged
2: Arr haven offers a partial refund or a replacement if package arrived partillay damaged(except thread,slightly,wrinkled,small sacratches e.t.c.)

Important Notes:

Fragile Products: We highly recommend opting for a refund for fragile items that arrive damaged.

Damaged Packing Boxes: We cannot provide refunds for damaged packing boxes due to the nature of long-distance international delivery.

Ordinary and Electronic Products: Please report any issues or disputes within 20 days of delivery.

Incorrect or Missing Products :

Arrhaven has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Arrhaven will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:

a. For incorrect products, Arrhaven offers a full refund or replacement.

b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., Arrhaven offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of product complaint including name, content and date.

c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, Arrhaven may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, Arrhaven will resend the product only.

d. For accessories, Arrhaven will resend the accessories.

Notes:

For size problem, Arrhaven will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

7. Unacceptable Disputes.

 Any disputes arising from products damaged or shipping delayed, Arrhaven may not refund the product cost.

Arr haven shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. Products smell unusual.

d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

POD Orders: All customized orders are final and cannot be canceled after payment.

Preorder Inventory: Special items are reserved for you and cannot be canceled once payment is made.
